The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 465 of 2014, arising out of Manjhi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case after recovery of dead body of his son Rambabu Sharma. It is alleged that the son of the informant had gone along with Anil Sharma and Sanjay Chaudhary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Anil Sharma has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47135 of 2014 on 03.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10166 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sixth, Saran, Chapra in connection with Sessions Trial No. 465 of 2014, arising out of Manjhi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014.
