JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he persuaded the informant to get admitted his daughter-in-law in a nursing home and subsequently, the informant got admitted his daughter-in-law in the said nursing home but in course of operation, the informant's daughter-in-law died.

There is nothing in the first information report that the operation of daughter-in-law of the informant was done by the petitioner or any treatment was provided by the petitioner to her. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4765 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S.Case No. 208 of 2014.
