The petitioner seeks bail in Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 68 of 2013 dated 31.10.2013 instituted under Sections 147/148/149/448/341/323/504/307 of the Indian Penal Code, 3 (1)(x) of The Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and 27 of the Arms Act. By order dated 12.04.2016 a fresh status report was called from the Court below which has been received from the Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st, Buxar under letter no. 59 dated 18.04.2016 in which it has been stated that the case has been disposed off on 05.04.2016.

In view of the aforesaid, the application having
