====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 34 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 353, 307/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that the petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons fired on the police personnel with an intention to kill them.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2021. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47988 of 2022(2) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ara, in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 34/2021.
