2. The petitioner, who superannuated on 31.10.2021 from the post of Clerk of Gandhi Rashtriya Praveshika Vidyalaya, has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities for payment of all his retiral dues as well as arrears of salary due from 2018 to 31.10.2021.

3. A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 5.

4. Submission has been made that during the pendency of the writ petition, all the admissible retiral/other dues have been paid, except arrears of salary for the period, the petitioner has prayed for.

5. Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties and taking note of the averments made in the supplementary counter affidavit, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner that if he has still any grievance with regard to non-payment of any due amount under any head, he may file a representation before the concerned authority/respondent No. 5, who shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks.
