JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Twenty liters of Mahua liquor are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 26.12.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S.Case No. 459 of 2015.
