The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of attempt of rape and assault to the informant by the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the alleged occurrence of 19.07.2020, the F.I.R has been registered on 23.07.2020. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

From perusal of the case diary, it appears that the

Considering the allegation being heinous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
