JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(1) Issuance of a writ/ writs, order/ orders in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to not disturb the peaceful possession of the residential house of the petitioner as he was residing in the house since 27 years and the petitioner belong to Dalit."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12647 of 2022(2) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
