2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 384, 385 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is alleged to have taken money from the informant for providing a government job.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. As a matter of fact, informant tried to secure government job by illegal means which is itself an offence. It is further submitted that with the intervention of well wishers a compromised petition has been filed in the court below which is duly signed by both the parties, as such the case has already

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Katihar in connection with Abadpur P.S. case no 17 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
