Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13430 of 2015.

Taking into consideration that the prosecution has already closed its evidence and the statement of the accused under section 313 of the Cr.P.C. has already been recorded, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with session trial not. 763 of 2013, arising out of Barauni P.S.Case No. 167 of 2012, pending in the court of 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Begusarai is again rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of the above stated case within a month from the date of receipt/
