One country made loaded Katta and two live cartridges were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since long.

Moreover, having similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Lalganj P.S. Case no. 241/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
