The petitioners apprehend his arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 17 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 149, 186, 342, 353, 225 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30A read with section 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further, he submits that the vehicle, which has allegedly been seized by the police, does not

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 17 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
