JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased. According to the prosecution case itself, the marriage of the deceased had taken place in the year 2010 whereas deceased died in the year 2015 and, therefore, the aforesaid fact goes to show that deceased spent her life for near about five years at her matrimonial home. Moreover, it appears that mother-in-law and other in-laws of the deceased have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4224 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S.Case No. 675 of 2015.
