The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant. In 164 Cr. P.C. statement, the victim got her age recorded as 15 years where the court below also assessed as such. The victim has stated that she of her own went in the company of the petitioner. The victim has not alleged any misbehaviour by the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Saran at Chapra, in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014.
