Petitioner being lady is languishing in jail custody since 4.12.2015 on the accusation that she caught hold the colour of the injured at the time of alleged occurrence and facilitated other accused to assault the injured.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pradeep Kumar Choudhary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura/ concerned court in Bihariganj P.S.
