JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.
It is alleged that the petitioner was carrying 34 bags of rice and 48 bags of maize on PDS dealer on tractor. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no rice was recovered. The petitioner is not PDS dealer rather he is simply a driver of the tractor.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with
