Petitioner is accused in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 108 of 1998 registered under Sections 341, 342, 420, 467, 468 and 387 of the I.P.C. Submission is that this is a case of misused of privilege of bail about 13 years. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2015. and the petitioner undertakes that he will remain present in the trial Court on each and every date. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19450 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 108 of 1998. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relatives/parents of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner and further the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during the course of trial in the Court below. If the petitioner fails to remain present on two consecutive dates during the course of trial without any reasonable cause, the Court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
