2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 197 of 2023, instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 327, 384, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, due to land dispute an altercation took place between the parties and the accused persons including the petitioners brutally assaulted the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50209 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 case. F.I.R. has been lodged after seven days of the alleged occurrence. Counter case has also been filed from the side of the petitioners. In the present case, other sections are bailable except Sections 327 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code which are super-addition. Allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents. They undertake to co-operate in the investigation.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 197 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
