23-11-2017 This case has been placed under the heading "To be Mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioners for correction of typographical error in the order dated 09.11.2017.

It appears that the name of the Police Station has been typed as „Bausi‟, whereas it should be „Baisi‟. Further in the last paragraph of the order dated 09.11.2017, the typographical error has occurred, instead of writing the Baisi P.S. Case No. 122/2017, it is wrongly recorded as „Complaint Case No. 2152(C) of 2016‟.

Let the order dated 09.11.2017 be read correctly and in place of „Bousi P.S. Case‟ it should be read as „Baisi

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53899 of 2017 (3) dt.23-11-2017 P.S. Case‟ and in the last part of the order at page-2, the word „Complaint Case No. 2152(C) of 2016‟ be correctly read as „Baisi P.S. Case No. 122/2017‟.
