Mr. Sushil Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the office notes vide order No. 02 dated 10.10.2022, he may be permitted to withdraw the present miscellaneous appeal with the liberty to file appropriate application before the competent court of law. Liberty granted.

The case is disposed of with liberty to file appropriate petition before an appropriate Court within a period of 8 weeks. The competent Court shall take into account the fact that the matter was pending before this Court vide M.A. No. 525 of 2021 while considering the limitation.
