JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 10-01-2018 As the learned Writ Court, on a correct interpretation of Clause 5(1)(i) of the Prospectus issued for Post Graduate Medical Admission Counseling, 2017, has found that the petitioner was not eligible to seek admission, having not passed the B.H.M.S. examination from a Government College of Bihar State, has not committed any error in dismissing the writ petition by the detailed order passed.
So long as the Rule in question subsists, no indulgence into the matter can be made out.
Patna High Court LPA No.10 of 2018 (3) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 Accordingly, finding no ground for interference, the appeal also stands dismissed.
