The petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2014 in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No.50 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of offence, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No.50 of 2014.
