JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-04-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 224 of 2017 for the offence registered under sections 363, 364, 365, 120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with the liberty to approach the learned trial court for grant of regular bail. The permission is granted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7783 of 2018 (4) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 regular bail and it is further directed that in case the petitioners surrenders before the court below and pray for regular bail, their application for regular bail shall be considered and disposed of on the same day considering the fact that the missing person is a notorious criminal and he had assaulted the petitioner no. 1 in the past as also the fact that there is a land dispute pending between the parties.
