2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent no. 2 to dispose of Supply Revision Case No. 108/2014 in respect of the matter of appointment of the petitioners as PDS Dealers.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that even
Patna High Court CWJC No.3064 of 2018 dt.27-03-2018 though the petitioners moved before the Commissioner, Saharsa in Supply Revision Case No. 108/2014 on 24.03.2014, the same continues to remain pending and the matter has been adjourned on several dates for one reason or another.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.
5. Having regard to the nature of the prayer of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa (respondent no. 2) to consider and dispose of Supply Revision Case No. 108/2014, if still pending, on its own merit and in accordance with law after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
