The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code on the ground that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed compromise petition before the learned court below.

This Court is not inclined to revise the earlier order.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six
