JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) FOR issuance of appropriate Writ / Writs, Order / Orders, Direction / Directions commanding the respondents to take proper legal actions against the concerned Circle Officer, Buxar Sadar, Buxar and also against concerned 'Halka Karmachari'

for their deliberate illegal and corrupt deeds in collusion with each other and for illegal gains due to which the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12372 of 2022(2) dt.02-05-2023 2/3 petitioner and his father have been made suffered till date and in spite of apparent serious findings against the concerned Circle Officer in the enquiry report dated 21/12/2018 of the Dy.

Collector Land Reforms, Buxar and also recommendation for initiation of proper action against him but nothing has been done till date reflecting serious inabilities and inefficacies of the respondents.

(ii) FOR issuance of appropriate Writ / Writs, Order / Orders, Direction Directions commanding the respondents concerned to comply / implement the order of the District Collector, Buxar passed in Revision Case No.-206/2019 in its completeness, which is the final unchallenged order and which has been complied/implemented in part due to illegal nexus of the corrupt officials and influential anti-social elements at the cost of sufferings of the petitioner and his father.

(iii) FOR issuance of appropriate Writ / Writs, Order / Orders, Direction / Directions fixing appropriate and adequate civil/criminal liabilities on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12372 of 2022(2) dt.02-05-2023 3/3 guilty respondents / officials/ persons for their illegal deeds and also abstention from performing their statutory duties after comprehensive enquiry."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Buxar, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed before the District Magistrate, Buxar, within a period of four weeks from today, he shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
