There is omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner and other FIR named accused persons but learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards annexure 2 to this petition and submitted that post mortem report of the deceased reveals that no external injury was found on his person and death of the deceased was caused due to cardiac arrest failure due to brain haemorrhage. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Rampur Chauram P.S.
