JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present writ petition is for quashing the order as contained in Memo No. 676 Establishment dated 30.06.2021 refusing their claims for contractual appointment in terms of the Govt. resolution under Memo No. 10000 dated 10.07.2015 issued under the authority of Under Secretary, General Administration Department, Govt. of Bihar seeking relief for setting aside the order of refusal as the same is contrary to the provisions referred in scheme regarding nonconsideration of quorum for Selection Committee
Patna High Court CWJC No.17249 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 and disqualification, which attracts the Right of Equity by way of extraneous consideration and the further prayer regarding a direction to give the equal treatment as his counterpart and grant the benefit of contractual appointment in same terms and conditions under which others were appointed on contractual basis and for the other necessary relief/ relief's on the basis of the facts and circumstances of the case as stated hereinafter."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/- U
