JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-09-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to paragraph no. 14 of the present writ petition to submit that he has filed an appeal against the order passed by the Circle Officer, Nasriganj, Rohtas before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram on 18.11.2019, however, neither any number has been assigned to the said Appeal nor the same is being heard.
In such of the matter, this Court deems it
Patna High Court CWJC No.12386 of 2022(2) dt.07-09-2022 2/2 fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Rohtas to number the aforesaid appeal, in case the same has been filed and thereafter, hear the same forthwith as also dispose of the same, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of twelve weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
