2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of 'dowry death'.

4. Petitioners are brother-in-law of the deceased. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioners are separate in mess & property and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Hilsa, District - Nalanda / concerned court in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 125 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
