Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 308, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner in the first information report, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 258 of 2012.
