The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant Sarswati Devi that this petitioner being her elder son shot dead her younger son.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during trial the informant has not supported the accusation.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Sessions
