JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have been caught by the informant when he had gone to appear in written examination in place of another person but according to the prosecution case itself, the petitioner was arrested before the beginning of examination. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 22.11.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with N.T.P.S Kahalgoan P.S.Case No. 42 of 2015.
