02. 01.03.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

This revision application has been filed for direction against the order dated 03.12.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-V, Munger by which he has rejected the petition filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 311 Cr.P.C. for recalling the witnesses and their further crossexamination in S.Tr. No. 669 of 2013 arising out of Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2013.

Having perused the impugned order, I find that earlier the application with regard to recall of the said witnesses was rejected and once again the prayer has been made only with a view to linger the disposal of the Trial. Hence, the Application is dismissed.
