The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019 dated 06.01.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

No.47479 of 2019(4) dt.12-06-2020 2/3 In view of the categorical stand of the petitioner that he is ready and willing to bring back his wife to her matrimonial hold and treat her with dignity, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -XI, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner shall be required to file an undertaking before the court below at the time of being released on bail that he shall communicate with his wife and fix a time for bringing her to his home.

In case no effort is made by the petitioner to keep his promise of bringing back his wife, it would be
