2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Pupri P.S.Case No. 71 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are alleged to have been involved in the theft of a motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 04.05.2024. The petitioners are accused in four more cases.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioners are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49919 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in Pupri P.S.Case No. 71 of 2024.

6. This is also subject to the conditions that the petitioners shall mark his attendance in Pupri Police Station on first Sunday of every month and co-operate in the trial. If he fails to do so, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be cancelled. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
