The petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 17.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.51620 of 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail dated 17.12.2015, but he could not inform the petitioner in time. The petitioner filed this petition on 22.1.2016 just after one month and five days. Considering the facts aforesaid, the period of surrendering of the petitioner is extended for three weeks from today, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4574 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No.612 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
