Petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 63, 64, 67 of the Copyright Act. It is alleged against the petitioner that he was transferring the spurious fertilizer into bags of branded fertilizers.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation does not suggest manufacturing spurious fertilizer by the petitioner and the investigation has already concluded.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12727 of 2015 (3) dt.29-06-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 440 of 2014.
