Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 26.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63585 of 2018.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name transpired on confessional statement apart from that he is accused in seven other cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that now he has remained in custody for more than three years and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him. .

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed

No.50438 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the framing of the charge and if other accused persons are absconding or not appearing he is at liberty cancel their bail bond and proceed with the case of the petitioner by separating his case. Once the charge has been framed against this petitioner, learned court below shall release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
