2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 365, 366(A), 341, 323, 120(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner kidnapped minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage and when informant went to the house of this petitioner, all the family members abused and assaulted him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. In fact, there was love-affairs between this petitioner and the victim and she has already solemnized marriage with petitioner and are living together, as husband and wife.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that victim is still traceless and was minor on the date of occurrence.
