The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sahajitpur P.S.Case No. 73 of 2017 registered under Sections 304-B, 328 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the petitioner killed his wife for non-fulfillment of demand of a motorcycle and hurriedly disposed of her body, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
