The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of committing theft of three mobiles, one Laptop, two gold chain and Rs. 72,000/- cash from the house of the informant. Petitioner's complicity transpired on the basis of CCTV footage.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has some differences with regard to non-payment of cost of milk supplied by the petitioner to the informant. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner.

Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 435 of 2014.
