The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2015 in connection with Sahiara P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections, 353, 193, 194, 195, 120(B)/34, 115, 182 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out and out mischievous allegations have been made against the petitioner as on the alleged date of occurrence, the petitioner was not present in her Sasural and, in fact, she was residing in her Naihar along with her baby son. It is further submitted that the petitioner being a lady has been harassed by all the family members and has maliciously named her in this case. It is further submitted that she

In view of the facts and circumstances narrated above, and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri. Deepak Kumar, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiara P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015.
