The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.95 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506 and 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that Aaysa Sabi and Ajam Hussain (petitioner), the step mother-in-law and father-in-law of the informant respectively , did not like the informant and wanted to remove the informant from the matrimonial house under conspiracy, due to that reason, the step mother-in-law of the informant used to torture her mentally and physically. On 24.01.2018, Aaysa Sabi, the step mother-in-law of the informant, and her two daughters, namely, Janaib Mohammad Khan and Safiya Mohammad Khan assaulted the informant. Again, on 17.02.2018, Aaysa Sabi caused assault to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44505 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 informant. While the informant asked her that she is pregnant but despite that Aayas Sabi dashed her on the ground causing assault. Thereafter, pain started in the stomach of the informant, due to that reason, the informant went to the doctor, who told her that her pregnancy has been aborted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the informant and no specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner in the F.I.R. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Laheria Sarai P.S. Case No.95 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
