This petition has been filed to modify paragraph-3 of page 2 as well as condition No. 2 of page 3 of the order dated 0911-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51990 of 2017. Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that inadvertently, at paragraph-3 of page 2 of the aforesaid order, it has been typed, that Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014 has been filed against the in laws which is at the stage of evidence but in fact, the aforesaid case is not at the stage of evidence. It has further been submitted that second condition at page 3 of the order that "the bail bond of the petitioner will be automatically cancelled" is also required to be modified.

In such circumstances, paragraph-3 of page 2 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60738 of 2017 (2) dt.03-01-2018 order dated 09-11-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51990 of 2017 be read as "the informant has filed Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014 against the in laws which is not at the stage of evidence". Similarly, the condition No. 2 at page 3 of the aforesaid order is modified to the extent that in absence of two consecutive dates without proper and reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioner will liable to be cancelled.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed off.
