The petitioner seeks bail in Thakaraha Bhitaha P.S. Case No. 67/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case was lodged for misappropriation of Government amount and not for handing over the charge.

It is submitted that the petitioner had already handed over the charge but of course after institution of the case. The petitioner is in jail since 18.09.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Thakaraha Bhitaha P.S. Case No. 67/2014.
