The petitioner seeks bail in Sono P.S. Case No. 138 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26(2)(3) of the Arms Act.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 03.03.2014 with liberty to renew the prayer after one year. The petitioner is in jail from one and half years. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. IInd, Jamui.
