The petitioner apprehends her arrest bail in a case under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Jaimangal Singh lodged a case being Raxaul P.S. Case No. 152/2008 alleging that the petitioner and others made interpolations in granting compensation to the farmers for damages of the crops. The police, after investigation, submitted final form and, thereafter, the case proceeded on the complaint. It is submitted that the petitioner did not make any interpolation; rather in pursuance of the direction of the Government of Bihar, compensation was granted to different farmers. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16065 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 within four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari in Tr. No. 5247/2015, arising out of Protest-cum-Complaint Petition No. C-457/2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
