This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 30.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.6399 of 2017 by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to wrong mentioning of the name of the court concerned in the prayer portion of the application of Criminal Misc. No.6399 of 2017, the name of the court concerned was incorporated in the last paragraph of the order dated 30.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.6399 of 2017 by this Court, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.327 of 2016, as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda", which should be "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48690 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 Hilsa, Nalanda", and prays for modification of the order dated 30.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.6399 of 2017 by this Court in respect thereof.
Let in the last paragraph of the order dated 30.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.6399 of 2017 by this Court, "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda" be read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda". With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 30.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.6399 of 2017 by this Court, this application stands allowed.
The period of surrender of the petitioner, above named, in the court below in connection with the aforesaid Chandi P.S. Case No.327 of 2016 is further extended for a further period of four weeks from today.
