The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant by means of sword by the petitioner and other co-accused. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and there is case and counter case between and the parties and good sense has been prevailed between the parties vide Annexure-3 to the petition. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM at Patna in connection with Digha P.S.
